Taylor worked for 7-Eleven, Inc. and Speedway LLC for the past 12 years performing numerous roles as Regional Operations Manager, Category Manager, and Division Project Manager. Taylor developed and implemented a growth strategy for new and existing markets across NC, SC, GA, AL, WV, VA, and OH, where he performed market analysis, and identified sites for new builds, rebuilds, and acquisitions. He worked closely with key stakeholders on land purchases, was responsible for ensuring capital projects viability, and return on investment targets. Taylor also managed lease renewals, along with site expansion, and major remodel projects. This work experience reinforced Taylor’s ambition to pursue commercial brokerage as a career. Taylor’s years of working in operations, and his business acumen, have led to a strong belief in where and how various sites can impact the Income Statement, and how those decisions translate into the bottom line for retailers.
Taylor lives in Raleigh with his wife of 8 years, Caitlin, and their daughter, Olivia. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fly fishing, and playing an occasional round of golf.
