Robb Ward is a Raleigh native, born at the old Rex Hospital. He attended Lees-McRae College and North Carolina State University.
Before entering commercial real estate, Robb spent 17 years in the retail clothing business. From 2001 to 2012, he owned and operated Wardrobbe, a boutique in Cameron Village.
He began his commercial real estate career in 2016 and joined Bell Commercial in October 2024. In 2025, he earned his North Carolina auctioneer license.
Throughout his career, Robb has helped numerous tenants and buyers achieve their return goals. He has represented clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate—from national retailers to local small businesses—securing office, retail, flex, and warehouse space. The diverse transactions he has handled have given him practical experience and insight that allow him to advise clients clearly and streamline the leasing or purchasing process.
Away from work, Robb rarely misses a home Wolfpack football or basketball game. His hobbies include side-by-side riding in West Virginia, attending concerts, comedy shows, and sporting events. Most of all, he enjoys time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Laura, since January 2025, and they have a son named Rush.
