Sam Costello joined Bell Commercial in November of 2018. Prior to joining Bell Commercial, Sam was a development manager for the multi asset class developer Leon Capital in the Carolinas; there he focused on grocery anchored developments, ground up pad-deals, and the repositioning of single-tenant retail assets. Before working on the development side, Sam began his career in real estate working for Lidl US managing site selection and entitlements in the eastern half of North Carolina.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Sam’s past lives include working on Capitol Hill and for Booz Allen in Strategy Consulting. Sam holds an MBA from Duke University where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar, and holds BA in Politics from Ithaca College. In his free time Sam enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, martial arts, and a cold beer on a warm afternoon.
